The last half of 2021 was a very stressful time for our family. We were in the process of changing jobs while trying to sell our house and purchase a new one all during the Auckland lockdown so we weren't able to leave home.
Dealing with Sandra was amazing and she took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders and went above and beyond what you'd normally expect from a real estate agent. She managed to sort all of the admin involved remotely, and she even offered to help clean the house as we weren't able to do it ourselves.
The tenants at the time of sale were extremely happy with the lead time they were given and also had a very good relationship with Sandra during the whole process.

Kelly and I went unconditional on a property and had a fantastic experience with your firm. Sandra is such an asset to the company, we have never met a Real Estate Agent like her. Before we flew down, Kelly emailed a number of agents requesting information on various properties, Sandra is the only one that came back to us with potential rental properties to purchase including a commentary on the current market in the region. She was also kind enough to take us around to view in her car (the purple beast) knowing that we had no transport for us to do this ourselves. Unfortunately for us we blew our budget as we were looking around the $200,000 mark and ended up spending over $400,000.
Sandra also put us onto Jodi and her team to manage the property as she knew that we are based in Auckland and it would be difficult for us to manage on our own. We want to purchase another property this year and will never go anywhere else, I have also given Sandra’s details to family members who are looking for rentals.
